• How will I get paid for my referral?

  Once your referral successfully completes their first invoice with Constrafor, you’ll receive an email confirmation. You’ll be kept in the loop with updates throughout the process, and when it’s time to receive your referral reward, we’ll provide instructions for submitting your payment details via wire.

  If you’d prefer to donate your reward instead, we can direct it to a nonprofit of your choice. One of our featured organizations is Helmets to Hardhats, which helps veterans transition into careers in construction.

  The specific reward type and value depend on who you are (e.g., existing customer, partner) and the details of the referral. Please see our full Terms of Service for eligibility and reward details. 

• Who should I refer?

  Ideal referrals include subcontractors who manage multiple projects, value faster payments, or are looking to streamline their financial and operational processes.

• How will I know if I’m getting the reward?

  You’ll receive automated updates when your referral signs up and when they successfully fund their first invoice.

• What if I want to refer someone but I'm not able to accept a monetary reward?

  No problem! If you’d like to make a referral but can’t accept a monetary reward, you have the option to donate it to a nonprofit instead. One of our featured organizations is Helmets to Hardhats, which helps veterans transition into careers in construction.

  Simply let us know at the time of your referral, and we’ll direct the reward as a donation to Helmets to Hardhats or another nonprofit of your choice.

• How much can I earn?

  You can earn up $5,000 in rewards for each successful referral. There’s no limit to the number of subcontractors you can refer.

• How soon will I get paid?

  Your reward will be processed within 30 days after the subcontractor’s first invoice, totaling at least $30,000, is funded through Constrafor.

• Can this reward be donated to charity?

  Yes! If you’d prefer to donate your referral reward instead of accepting it personally, we’re happy to direct it to a nonprofit of your choice. One of our featured organizations is Helmets to Hardhats, which helps veterans transition into careers in construction.

• What if I refer someone who is already a Constrafor customer?

  Rewards are only given for new customers. If your referral is already in our system, you’ll be notified.

• Is there a deadline for referrals?

  Yes. Referred subcontractors must sign up and fund their first invoice within 90 days of the referral code being used. Constrafor reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time, at its sole discretion.

• Can General Contractors participate?

  This program is currently limited to subcontractor-to-subcontractor referrals. However, if you're a General Contractor interested in helping your subcontractors access Early Pay benefits, contact our sales team to explore our GC-Led EPP Program.
