We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. Depending on your experience, this could be a leadership role.
Role / Responsibilities
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps to drive growth and monetization
Set product roadmap and prioritize activities based on customer impact (not resources)
Work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market
Drive product launches and coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams
Create a best-in-class product culture of customer-centric innovation
Operate in a rapidly evolving environment, adapting quickly to new information and re-prioritizing as needed
You / Your background:
5+ years of experience as a product manager in a fast-growth B2B company
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
Can thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of change
Process and detail-oriented
Passionate about high standards in product development
Experience at an early-stage startup is valuable but not required
Experience working with Payments or Banking data is valuable but not required
