Constrafor is looking for exceptional product designers to help shape the face of the product and create world-class experiences for our customers. This is an incredibly unique opportunity to make a significant impact at a company that’s still relatively young, but has already established a position in the market and built a small but mighty design team that’s ready to grow.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Designing solutions that are intuitive, clean, and effective to achieve our business goals and meet the needs of users
Partner with PMs, engineers, and copywriters across the company to oversee user experience for products and features from conception to launch
Work cross-functionally to bring our product, brand, and experience to life.
Deeply understand and solve complex problems to give our customers peace of mind
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Demonstrated ability to design products from end-to-end with interface and experience in mind
Strong ability to speak to design decisions from past work and/or portfolio
Cross-discipline background or interest in visual/interaction design, UX/UI, branding & identity, and typography
Proficiency in Figma.
Passion for turning complex problems into simple and engaging experiences
Comfortable with ambiguity, problem solving, and has a team-building mindset.
