(“Company”, “Constrafor”, “we”, “our” or “us”) uses the information that we process in connection with your use of use of this website and any other website we operate that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, our “Sites”), our mobile application (our “App”), and all other products or services available through our Sites or App (collectively, our “Services”). INFORMATION WE COLLECT.
The types of information we may collect includes, but is not limited to the following:
• your name, phone number or other contact details, and the company you work for;
• your username, password and email when you register for an account to use the Services;
• the profile information you provide us when you create your account profile to use any of the Services (“Profile”) to help you and others be located through the Services;
• information about other individuals when you add users through the use of our Services and the capacity in which they may use data within our application;

  1. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY.

Certain information is collected automatically by means of various software tools. We have a legitimate interest in using such information to assist in systems administration, information security and abuse prevention, to track user trends, and to analyze the effectiveness of our Services.

Log files refers to the information that is automatically sent by your web browser or device (or otherwise automatically collected) each time you view or interact with our Services. We do not currently respond or take any action with respect to web browser “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services. (f) Analytics Services. We work with service providers (including, without limitation, Google Analytics) who conduct analytics to help us track and understand how visitors use our Sites and our App. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google that uses cookies to help us analyze how users use our Sites and our App. The information generated by the cookies about your use of the services will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. If you access the Sites or our App through different devices, Google may associate your devices with one another. Where you have opted in to sharing your location information, we may use various technologies to collect your information as described in this Privacy Policy to provide you with location-based services and content, including, without limitation, for marketing purposes. You can opt-out from further allowing us to access your location data, by adjusting the permissions in your mobile device.

  1. SOCIAL MEDIA AND PLUG-INS.

Our Services may use social media plug-ins (e.g., the Facebook “Like” button, “Share to Twitter” button) to enable you to easily interact with certain social media websites (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and share information with others. When you visit our Services, the operators of the available social media plugins can place a cookie on your device enabling such operators to recognize individuals who have previously visited our Services. If you are logged into these social media websites while visiting our Services, the social media plugins allow the relevant social media websites to receive information that you have visited our Services or other information. CONSUMER INFORMATION PRIVACY POLICY

With respect to some of our Services we may act as a consumer reporting agency as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. (FCRA). This Consumer Information Privacy Policy describes our policy and practices as a consumer reporting agency for protecting consumer information, including the collection and intended use of consumer information, the sharing of consumer information, and how the consumer information is stored and destroyed.

Purpose of Collection and Intended

Use of Consumer Information If we are acting as a consumer reporting agency as defined under FCRA, we collect consumer information for the purpose of generating a consumer report or an investigative consumer report.
