PM – Payments

Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Manager to handle our complex payments network and to design new innovative solutions for our customers. You will be responsible for transactions worth Billions of $.

In this role, you will partner across every function in the company to ensure successful execution of the Payments business strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to be a payments thought leader that will impact the entire Construction industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Align cross-functional partners across the org on a competitive and forward thinking go-to-market strategy for our payments product offering , partnering closely with our Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Manage end-to-end performance of our Payments business including all key business drivers/metrics.
  • Ensure we are performing at world-class level.
  • Lead the build vs. buy discussions and source vendors for payment tools, fraud detection, data, etc.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience with increasing scope of responsibilities
  2. Senior role at a large payments company or a fast-growing fintech startup
  3. Demonstrated experience launching and leading cutting edge payments products
  4. Experience in at least one of the following industries preferred: Payments processing, Invoice factoring, Alternative direct lending, Commercial banking
  5. Construction exposure is not required
