Job Description:

As the Director of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for leading Constrafor’s growing product marketing team, lead the marketing function from end-to-end, including owning corporate marketing, lead generation, sales enablement, and overseeing communications and full product marketing. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and communications plans for products and services with clearly defined value propositions
  • Develop and create campaigns, initiatives and content to engage with prospects and clients through both online and offline channels.
  • Develop and manage the company’s digital marketing strategy to provide targeted leads.
  • Create annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets to drive revenue
  • Work closely with the Sales Team; enabling them to meet their objectives
  • Work closely with Product Team; to define marketing strategies for new and existing products
  • Manage industry conferences and events including the selection, registration, logistics and measurement of ROI.


  • Must have 5+ years demonstrable senior marketing experience within B2B Saas / B2B CLOUD
  • Demonstrable and extensive experience of Account Based Marketing (ABM) ideally within B2B Saas
  • Worked within a Technology, Saas or B2B cloud business
  • Ideally worked for a fast growth B2B saas company
  • Strong experience with Analytics (Google Analytics), CMS, CRM and Marketing Automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot etc.)
  • Hands on experience across a variety of online and offline channels, including SEO, Content Marketing, AdWords, Email campaigns etc.
