Job Description:

We are looking for a Director of Capital Markets to build and develop a strong network of exceptional funding and banking institutions for Constrafor’s loan products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the VP of Credit and the rest of the team to ensure successful execution of the Credit business strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Source and manage the best long-term funding partners and warehouse facilities for our rapid growth
  • Perform due diligence and financial analysis on external lenders, originators, underwriters
  • Responsible for new lending agreements and executing other capital market transactions
  • Increase lender participation in Early Pay Program
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant debt capital markets experience with increasing scope of responsibilities
  • A developed network of capital providers and strong relationship building skills
  • Experience independently negotiating and executing term sheets
  • Experience in at least one of the following industries preferred: Real estate or asset backed financing, alternative direct lending, invoice factoring, account receivables financing
  • Excellent Excel, written, and oral communication skills
  • Construction exposure is a plus but not required
