Job Description:

Constrafor is looking for a Credit Sales Specialist responsible for driving sales to contractors for our rapidly expanding credit financing program. This includes establishing contractors’ eligibility for credit, providing the necessary guidance to answer their credit queries, as well as coordinating each application internally and with external partners.  From facilitating initial conversations, to developing team wide best practices, you will be an integral member of the Sales and Credit organizations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business leads and enhance existing relationships with contractors.
  • Utilize prospecting and research tools to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects.
  • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process
  • Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects.
  • Guide prospects/clients on required documentation for credit underwriting and approval process
  • Review contractor credit proposals and coordinate document preparation and closings
  • Responsible for expediting credit applications and ensuring that turnaround time requirements are met


  • 3+ years of direct sales experience¬†
  • Optimistic with a strong urge to win
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, and ability to scale with the organization
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Attention to detail and ability to operate in the weeds without losing sight of the big picture
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to take initiatives and thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous context with limited direction or oversight
  • Exposure to accounting is a plus, but not required
