Offering Connects Bidding to Building, Enabling Increased Transparency Within the Payment Process and Improved Cash Flow

New York, N.Y. (October 5, 2022) Constrafor, a leading construction procurement and fintech platform, is pleased to announce the integration of its procurement and payment software with Autodesk Construction Cloud®, a portfolio of software and services that combines advanced technology, a builders network and predictive insights for construction teams.

General contractors using Autodesk Construction Cloud can now embed Constrafor’s procurement software solutions in their Autodesk® Build Insights Dashboard or BIM 360® Project Home Dashboard, to help streamline tasks and increase transparency. Designed to meet the specific needs of the construction industry, Constrafor’s cloud-based solution allows the automation and integration of procurement workflows to reduce administrative costs, facilitate insurance and invoice management, and digitize payments.

Specialty contractors with access to Autodesk Construction Cloud can now experience real-time visibility of their invoice payments through Constrafor E-Check solution and even get their invoices paid in advance through the Early Pay Program (EPP), without the need to take on debt or give up equity. Contractors will have access to Constrafor’s EPP, an invoice financing offering that shortens payment cycles and improves cashflow.

“We are excited to see how this integration with Autodesk will positively impact and empower contractors of all levels,” said Anwar Ghauche, Founder and CEO of Constrafor.” Contractors will be able to focus on their projects while procurement and financing are streamlined and connected with the rest of their project files. Our goal is to make the lives of contractors easier and provide them with more opportunities for success.”

Effectively managing procurement processes can determine a construction project’s profitability,” said James Cook, director, partner integrations at Autodesk Construction Solutions.  “Embedding Constrafor’s tools in Autodesk Construction Cloud dashboards where builders manage the rest of their projects helps project managers make holistic decisions that impact the bottom line.”

Customers can utilize the integration immediately by adding the Constrafor Partner Card to their Autodesk Build Insight or BIM 360 Project Home dashboard.
