If your COI is getting rejected, it's possible it is not aligned with your GC's requirements. Use your GC's sample to update your COI.
1. Click on the Insurance module at the top of the screen
2. Click on the COI request.
3. You can view the Sample COI by click on what your GC has uploaded at the top of the screen.
