I cancelled my subscription. How do I download all my data?

When your subscription ends and is not renewed, we will take the following actions:

1. All projects will be archived. No more automatic reminder emails will go out to your subcontractors. 

2. All users in your company's account will lose access. We recommend downloading your data so you don't lose any important information.

Here is how to download all your data as zip files

1. Log into your Constrafor account before your access expires.
2. Navigate to the data download section using this link: https://constrafor.com/user/export-files
3. Select the modules you wish to download files from (e.g., COI, Contracts).
4. Click the download/export button.
5. You will receive an email with a secure link to download your data as one or more ZIP files. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
