When reviewing COIs, you have the ability to enter the General liability endorsement form numbers found in the submitted documents. This will later allow you to filter for all the COI requests on which a specific form appears.
Navigate to the COI tab and the Certificates sub-tab. Open the COI request of your choice.
On the top right corner of the COI details page, you will find an "Endorsement" button.
Clicking this button will open a side panel. There, you can add any GL endorsement you'd like to keep track of by entering the endorsement's title and the form number. When you add endorsement titles and form numbers, they will then be saved to your account for further reuse and will be available in a drop down menu.
Finally, you can filter your certificates by the added endorsement numbers on the Certificates tab. This is provide you with all the certificates that have been identified as containing the specific endorsement form you are looking for.
