How do I create and send a Contract?

On this page, you will learn how to create and send a contract to your trade partners for review and e-signature

To Create a Contract: 

  1. Navigate to the Contract module. 
  2. Click on New contract.
  3. Select one of the four options to create a contract, then click on Next.
  4. Fill in the contract information form 
    1. Title
    2. Contract Number
    3. Category 
    4. Contract Amount 
    5. Counterpart company name or email address 
    6. Workflow rule (optional) 
    7. Signer (GC user) 
    8. Contract documentation or exhibit
  5. Then click on Save to create a draft version of the contract.
  6. When you are ready to send the contract to your trade partner for review and e-signature, click on Send.
