To Create a Contract:
- Navigate to the Contract module.
- Click on New contract.
- Select one of the four options to create a contract, then click on Next.
- A box will appear requesting the following information:
- Title
- Contract Number
- Category
- Contract Amount
- Counterpart company name or email address
- Workflow rule*
- Signer (GC user)
- Contract documentation or exhibit
- Then click on Save to create a draft version of the contract.
- Add the appropriate signature variables and click Render.
- Click Send.
