How do I create a contract?

To Create a Contract: 

  1. Navigate to the Contract module. 
  2. Click on New contract.
  3. Select one of the four options to create a contract, then click on Next.
  4. A box will appear requesting the following information: 
    1. Title
    2. Contract Number
    3. Category 
    4. Contract Amount 
    5. Counterpart company name or email address 
    6. Workflow rule*
    7. Signer (GC user) 
    8. Contract documentation or exhibit
  5. Then click on Save to create a draft version of the contract.
  6. Add the appropriate signature variables and click Render.
  7. Click Send.
