How do I create and send a Contract?
On this page, you will learn how to create and send a contract to your trade partners for review and e-signature
To Create a Contract:
- Navigate to the Contract module.

- Click on New contract.
- Select one of the four options to create a contract, then click on Next.
- Fill in the contract information form
- Title
- Contract Number
- Category
- Contract Amount
- Counterpart company name or email address
- Workflow rule (optional)
- Signer (GC user)
- Contract documentation or exhibit
- Then click on Save to create a draft version of the contract.
- When you are ready to send the contract to your trade partner for review and e-signature, click on Send.
