This can be something you encounter if you are part of multiple companies on Constrafor. It's important to know the software keeps you logged into whichever company you were last active in.
If you find yourself clicking on a link in an email from Constrafor regarding a COI request and it doesn't take you where you need to be, check to see what company you are logged into. You can do this by looking the company name in the top right corner of the screen.
If you click on it, a list of all the companies you belong to on Constrafor will appear. Click on the company requiring the COI and proceed (for instructions on how to upload a COI, click here).
